When my friends first invited me to this show my first thought was ".... Majic.... Reallyyyy guys ?! Aren't we a bit too old for this ? " Because when i think of majic and magicians in this real world i think of old men in suits with hats and rabbits and pigeons. So cliche i know ! Yet i went to see Peteys show. Because everyone went. I didnt expect much to be honest. But he really surprised me ! Educed a lot of ooh's and wow's and howthefuckdidhedothat's from me ! A very compelling performance. And i would like to add that Petey is not a magician like the cliche ones i mentioned above. First of all, he is not old. Second, suited yeah, but a cool, fresh and plain suit ! Or a simple combination of sneakers, shirt and blazer (see picture). Would you ever guess that he is a magician if you saw him on the street ?! I wouldn't for sure ! Third, no rabbits or pigeons but a lot of cards are used throughout his show. He basically is just a really cool and charismatic dude who knows how to entertain his audience, whether young or old, with the things he does. Ive been hanging out with him a many times ever since, and iam still surprised everytime he shows me a trick. I guess that "ohgodhowdidyoudothat" effect will never go away ! And everytime i really ask him, "how did you do that??", he would reply "it's majik!", and i just laugh. He is an awsome magician and entertainer and i hope a lot more people from all around the globe will experience this "omghowdidhedothat" feeling from his shows ! - Julia Doan
